This collection of batch pasteurizer tanks are known as conical-top or dome-top batch pasteurization tanks. This particular design can accommodate the pasteurization of up to 25,800 pounds/3,000 gallon of milk at one time. Our dome-top batch pasteurization tanks are less than half the cost of an HTST System, simpler to use, and almost maintenance free. All these factors combined makes this a viable option for any producer looking to increase their efficiency and productivity. These tanks have a dimple plate jacket designed to heat with glycol, steam, or a hot water boiler system.
