HST Homogenizers
Homogenizers are specialized machines designed to reduce particles or droplets (such as fat globules in milk) into much smaller, uniform sizes. They work by forcing the product through a narrow valve or gap under high pressure, creating a fine and consistent mixture. Once homogenized, the product forms a stable emulsion or suspension, preventing separation and enhancing texture, taste, appearance, and shelf life.
